General Introduction & Basis of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the CardGames platform and its users. By accessing CardGames (cardgames.top), creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Account Registration & Personal Information

To open an account on CardGames, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.

• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Any changes to your information must be reported to CardGames promptly.
• Registering with false information may result in the forfeiture of all winnings and permanent closure of your account.

Age Verification & Identity Check (KYC)

The minimum age to participate on CardGames is 18. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or engaging in any gaming activity. CardGames treats age verification as a top priority — it is both a legal obligation and an ethical responsibility.

Identity verification is required under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process in the following circumstances:

• Prior to your first withdrawal request.
• For any single transaction of ৳50,000 or more.
• Unusual activity is detected on the account.
• When selected at random by the system.

A clear photo of a National ID card, passport, or driving licence is required for verification. Withdrawal access may be suspended until verification is complete.

Deposit & Payment Rules

CardGames currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50, and the maximum single deposit limit is determined by your account's verification level.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.
• CardGames does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
• Your payment method's own transaction charges may apply — this follows the policy of the respective mobile banking service.
• Deposits must be made from your own account only — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account due to a system error, you must contact support within 24 hours and provide proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals & Cashing Out Winnings

CardGames is committed to paying out players' fairly won funds on time. The withdrawal process is fully transparent and completed without any undue delay.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (for fully KYC-verified accounts).
• Standard withdrawals are completed within 6 to 24 hours.
• Your first withdrawal may take an additional 1–2 business days due to identity verification.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is still active, that bonus will be forfeited.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold while an investigation into fraudulent or suspicious activity is ongoing.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

CardGames regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, and free spins.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus that passes this date will be automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be treated as bonus abuse.
• CardGames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules & Settlement of Results

All games on CardGames operate using internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG), meaning every game result is completely fair and not predetermined.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, CardGames reserves the right to void that bet and issue a refund.
• In the event of a match cancellation for Sports Betting, the bet settlement policy will apply — full details are outlined in the terms and conditions.
• Displayed odds may change at any time, but once a bet is confirmed, those odds are locked in.
• CardGames is not liable for any failure to participate in a game due to an internet connection disruption.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CardGames and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Using any software bots or automation tools within games.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through secret collusion with other players.

CardGames uses advanced technology to detect fraud and may share information about suspicious activity with law enforcement authorities.

Responsible Gaming & Player Protection Tools

CardGames believes gaming should always be a source of fun, not a source of problems. That's why we encourage all players to make use of the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Session Timer: Set notifications or automatic breaks after a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Account Suspension & Closure

CardGames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• If evidence of underage use is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. After closure, any eligible balance (provided no restrictions apply) is generally returned within 5–7 business days.

Changes to Terms & Effective Date

CardGames reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email and clearly announced on the website.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
